Late Show with David Letterman

Bowie appeared on the Monday, October 4, 1999 airing of CBS Late Show with David Letterman. He performed The Pretty Things Are Going To Hell from his 'hours...' album. Bowie then joined Letterman for a brief chat, concentrating mainly on Bowie's 1997 bond sale (which Letterman mistakenly thought was a stock offering), and talking about some Ziggy Stardust era pictures of Bowie.

Band members were Page Hamilton on lead guitar, Gail Ann Dorsey on bass, Mike Garson on keyboards, Mark Plati on guitar, Sterling Campbell on drums, and two backup singers (Holly Palmer and Emm Gryner).
