About six years ago I lost most of my hearing in one of my ears after I had an ear infection. Hearing loss is never fun. : I think I busted an eardrum at their show. I saw Peter Murphy and MBV at two different venues on the same night... Baltimore was good then. : Anyhoo, Peter told the audience to shut up and recited "Mary Had a Little Lamb" until they did. : Then MBV busted my eardrum coz I was all fucked up (I know! Go figure!) and stood by the stack. : Good times... : FU! : : they were ready to pay The Smiths 5 million dollars, so how much they paid MBV???
