Whiteboard Madness! new

I recently discovered that a good way to get students to think I'm cool is to draw wacky shit on the whiteboard.

I apologise for how shitey most of these pics are, but it's hard to sketch with those big-ass whiteboard markers. Yeah, that's my excuse!

The top ones. I drew the heads, then the necks, then when I realised I couldn't be bothered drawing bodies, I drew the heads of unhappy bald men.

Are you still considered bald if a head grows where hair should be? I say, hair, grass, snakes, heads whatever, guys who have something other than hair growing on their scalp have equally earned the right not to be called bald on top of the problems they already have.

How would you feel if another head grew from your bald patch and after you think "Well, there is one consolation, at least I'm not bald anymore," people continued to call you bald? You'd go off your nut!

The drawings aren't bad, but you have the bully showing remorse. Outrageous! He might as well be holding a box of chocolates and a mylar balloon that says "I'm a puss."

Anyway, very nice work! I wish my teachers had drawn funny pictures to share with the whole class. Usually it was me drawing the pictures.. of the teacher.. which weren't nearly as flattering as your's are to their subjects.

Damn. If only I incorporated those changes into the picture, I might have got a better grade. Frankly, there aren't enough university assignments out there with the words "I'm a puss" in them.

When I was in high school, I drew a series of comics which depicted my teachers in a not very flattering way.

Of course, now that I'm teaching, if I caught a kid drawing pictures of me in a not very flattering way, I would kick his/her ass.

I totally did that, too. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the better ones anymore, because there was this kid (Eric Gargis a.k.a. Nuggets) that used to insist on keeping them.

Yeah, they're not nearly as clever or well-executed as your's, but cut me some slack. The point was to get as many of these in in one class period as possible.

This particular teacher had an ugly sweater fetish, much like our own Dara. He was also rumored to have a hideous, sasquatch-like girlfriend. (This rumor was verified for me by my favorite teacher, whom I regularly shared the drawings with.) On top of that, he spent a lot of time berating his students, seemingly to build himself up. So, I took matters into my own hands and made these really fucking odd drawings to get back at him.

Exhibit A: Early on in the series, before the characters had become fully developed..

I gave my entire stack of comic thingees to a friend of mine. My only regret is that I never made copies of them. Sure, they'd probably be utter crap to anyone's eyes today, but still...

I'll always be a laby-girl at heart new [re: ziggfried]

Exhibit B: Addressing the sweater fetish. The fact that he wore the most vile sweaters on earth was actually "ignited" by an incidence that my entire class had witnessed early on in my Senior year. He was wearing one of those "coughed up from the dryer" Dara favorites when someone noticed a loose thread. He moved to tug it off, and the student urged him to burn it off with a lighter; claiming that it was better for the garment. My teacher then proceeded to light his entire arm on fire in one glorious, yet fleeting burst of wool-fueled flame. Anyway, after that, his sweater "thing" became infamous, spawning hundreds of drawings by myself and many others...
