I'm a bit disappointed that no one guessed the samples, so here are the answers:

1) There's dear old Adolf shouting "Deutschland!" several times.
2) De Gaulle shouting "Paris outragé !" on the day the town was relieved from German rule.
3) Daddy's aggressive "God!" from Pallas Athena is used in the background throughout most of the song.

This also reminds me that I wanted to record Breaking Gas, but haven't been able to find the time in the past 3 months. Maybe it's for the best.
