Yes, I always wear a helmet when I ride. I didn't used to but SoulLoveHubby insisted I wear one while riding out in the bush by myself. I always wear one skiing too, had a few friends (excellent skiiers) been knocked out cold by idiots skiing into them. I only have one head, I value it more the older I get!
