Okay, Tony, here's the funny on that. During the interview Miles was drinking Coke and I my usual Dr. Pepper. So it was there, just obscured from view... just like the smokes.

I was born in England, Cambridge to be exact, but my mother is Polish and my father is German.

I've seen the base of the Eiffel Tower but, sadly, not the tip. And I love France, possessing a loose grip of the language and having staid in Paris, Angers and on the South Coast.
