Your TV consumption
|
|
|
Yesterday I read an article that says French people watch TV on average 3 hours and 28 minutes a day. I think that about three years ago I used to watch it one hour a day, but today it's more like three hours a year, I don't know why.
I know this makes me a bad citizen, because I'm not exposed to as many commercials as I should. I feel guilty.
Anyway, what's your daily TV consumption? On average, I guess mine is about one minute.
Do you know who sank the Titanic? Iceberg. A Jew, again.

My daily consumption...?
I watch TV for about twenty minutes in the morning... the BBC breakfast programme usually to catch up on the headlines and current events. I also watch the 10 o'clock news before going to bed. If there isn't some programme that I've decided I want to watch, that is about it. So about an hour a day.

Not much at all, I work nights as you know and daytime television is quite dire ( although sometimes it's better and more informative than evening television ) but on my nights off I watch dvds or stuff that's been recorded for a later date.
To my shame I have become addicted to celebrity Big Brother I just destest those celebs and want to see them broken people *kidding* No in all honesty I find this collection of celebs fascinating, a wonderful experiment in narcissism.
Television was once great, sadly not now

that said, the occasional late night cartoon always hits the spot.

Under normal circumstances, about one hour a week, if even that. At the moment a bit more, as we've got presidential elections upcoming (well, actually, the first round went two weeks ago) and I've been watching some of the debates. Not too many though, because most of the debates are hosted by crapheads who don't let the candidates finish and insist on talking about issues the president has no decision-making power in, hence making the debates practically useless.

I never watched TV much- but since I moved into this apartment where the cable is in the kitchen, and the nearest plug for the TV is in the bathroom (awkward viewing), we've been watching lots of movies- Netflix is amazing....
