Now, despite the fact that I thought that picture really was in bad taste and that I think it's for the best that it was deleted, what the hell is dogz talking about here? What can he possibly do to "close" this place? The picture isn't libel or slander or even harassment or anything except for someome "being mean."
And "I was insulted on the internets" is hardly a viable legal strategy.

That doesn't really answer my question (what was the pic?).
But what I really want to know is how is it that he’s still able to access the site in order to send PMs? You said that the only way that you could stop him from doing that was by banning his IP address, but that you couldn’t do that because you didn’t know his IP address. I provided you with his IP address here, and yet he’s still able to send PMs. What on Earth is going on?
