I'm going to save my picks right until the last minute in case any of them die before the Jan 7th deadline.

Re: I was in the recording studio last summer! new [re: power2charm]

To his credit and why he could be seen as a celebrity, is that he is the longest serving congressman in U.S. history. He also is a reformed former racist, having filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1964. So put that in your pipe and smoke it, ya New England intellectual type

In reply to:

And let's settle the issue of terminally ill picks. I still think that if the person is publicly known to have any sort of terminal illness at the time of selecting them their point value should be cut in half. Or we should dock one point from the total for each terminally ill pick that doesn't die by the end of the year. Thoughts?

What if they are already over 100 and they live? Do you get points for that? Do you lose points if they die?

Better get the rules straight from the start this time around flunkyboy instead of making them up as you go along.

1) I didn't create the idea of a dead pool and "100 - (age)" is a pretty common way of doing it.

2) As a "Super Genius" you should know that it's pretty rare for people - especially famous people - to live past 100.

3) Anyone who picks someone older than 100 is an asshole, pansy, cuntface who really would deserve the negative points.

As a side note, I find it "interesting" when anyone who claims to posses the mental wonderfulness that you do uses emoticons. Especially the tonguey one. I can't think of one here which is possibly more demeaning to the author's mental capacity. Unless it is used ironically - and you've shown that you have no ability for that kind of "silliness." Except for the larger, meta sense that seems to be lost on you as well.

She knows who is killing her new [re: power2charm]

I almost picked Lohan but I have a feeling that she'll be around long enough to self destruct for the next generation. I see her as becoming a strange hybrid of Zsa Zsa Gabor and Courtney Love, appearing on some post-apocolyptic version of Match Game. We'll have to explain to our grandchildren that, no, she actually once showed a lot of promise in the remake of The Parent Trap. Then they'll ask "which one?"

No, Paris will go before Lohan. People who come from that sort of cesspool-ish background are survivors. It's the spoiled cunts like Paris who drop quickly. Once life stops bending over backwards for them they lose any "fight" that they think they have. All it will take for Paris to finally snap is for her to hit that inevitable wall, looks-wise. Then she'll look like a Muppet, have a cavernous, chapped vagina, won't be able to control her bowels due to years of anal sex, wonder why nobody wants to ask her about the voice of the old man that she did for All Dogs Go To Heaven VI several years ago, and realize that, no, she never was anywhere as interesting as people acted like she was back when they wanted to fuck her. Then it's all sleeping pills and Smirnov for Paris! Haha!! Take that, you bitch!!

Take a dip & die new [re: Monkeyboy]

To the best of my recollection I picked no corpses last year and could just cut and paste the 2009 list! But I'll try a fresh new batch of wannabe deads. Hey wait a minute, I did pick "Any Real Housewife" and that dude who was engaged to one got beat to death at the strip club... maybe that counts?

1. Gregg Allman

2. Young actresses and socialites seem all the dying rage lately. Perhaps deceased is the new anorexic. So I'll go with ... Bijou Phillips

3. and one uberproana model ... Stella Tennant

4. Woody Allen

5. Mia Farrow

6. Soon-Yi Previn

7. Dalai Lama

8. Dolly Parton

9. Wilford Brimley

10. Dick Cheney
