Cold hands in a warm room = Depression? Anxiety?

There is a lot of people on this fucking message board who need to take basic reading lessons again.

I do it all the time. It's part of an overall anxiety, largely social, but also specific to the hands. As in, I never know what to do with the fuckers, so why not just take them out of the equation?

Me too. But a couple of years ago I had to visit a consultant three or four times and on each visit he decided to test the temperature of my hands, asking whether I was depressed on account of their being cold. My superreliable online resources confirm there is a correlation between the two, which is presumably why he asked, though I suspect such projecting isn't strictly within the remit of a cardiologist.

My hands are indeed often cool, but I suspect it may be because of low blood pressure, or crummy circulation, or because I just fucked a snowman in the late-November Mancunian snow.
