My post: Sweden in the news this week new [re: ]

OK, I am doing what to_dizzy told us to (Warning: I would not recommend following his instructions in other kinds of circumstance, for example if you are a college girl and he asks you to inspect his basement).

So what is your take on the Assange affair? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-11803703 Wikileaks founder goes to Sweden to meet the press; morning after there appears a woman who accuses him of rape!

Concerning the degree to which he has pissed off the American defense and so many other powerful interests -- what are the odds that he was NOT framed???

It's SAILER, idiot!

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange's own son thinks he's a nightmare when it comes to women.
"That man does have a way of making a lot of female enemies," Daniel Assange, 21, said about his embattled dad.
Daniel made the Facebook posting after two Swedish women came forward with allegations that led to rape and molestation charges against his dad.
Daniel also wondered about his father's claim that the accusations were part of a Pentagon "smear campaign."
"Interesting to see whether this is the result of a government plot or personal grudges," he wrote.

Also ... Newsweek has reported that within WikiLeaks there is internal dissatisfaction with the way Assange has handled the scandal. It reported a source saying that WikiLeaks activists were "privately concerned that Assange has continued to spread allegations of dirty tricks and hint at conspiracies against him without justification.

If liberals believe that movies about evil (USA) corporations are true, then why haven't these evil corporations killed Julian Assange yet?
No doubt a WikiLeak against Russia, China or any islamic regime and Assange would be dead by now.

No it isn't.

I thought the same as you but was told differently hence my reply to you of "No it isn't".

I don't understand Australia’s "Goody two-shoes" attitide on this matter

How can any government demand the same level of privacy that it denies its citizens?

The whole point is that in this multimedia it is impossible to outlaw wikileaks or similar groups

Re: My post: Sweden in the news this week new [re: Quills]

jury's still out. either it was the wrong info or they've blackflipped on their decision to unblacklist it.

It might be impossible to outlaw it but they're certainly trying. wiki-leaked war crimes and all they're now asking wikileaks be labelled a terrorist group. if successful they'd have more "Right now hand him over!" deportation powers.

In reply to:

[url]Congressman wants WikiLeaks listed as terrorist group

The incoming chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee says WikiLeaks should be officially designated as a terrorist organization.

Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), the panel's next head, asked the Obama administration today to "determine whether WikiLeaks could be designated a foreign terrorist organization," putting the group in the same company as Al Qaeda and Aum Shinrikyo, the Japanese cult that released deadly sarin gas on the Tokyo subway.

The US is a fucking disgrace.. it's not like he was in apache helicopter shooting civilians or anything.. and the trumped up rape claims pale in comparison to the US government sanctioned fingering up anyone who wants to catch a friggen plane.
