The best bit of this OST is Powerhouse playing the music to the end credits. Also it amuses me how James Horner uses exactly the same music for every single film he ever made...

This is the daddy of all OST's... it rules. Disagree and I'll put you in a giant wicker effigy and burn you alive.

Yes! Commando! One of the first things I tell anyone about that movie is "the soundtrack has non-stop steel drums that get faster and faster to signal dramatic tension."
Fuckin' steel drums, you understand.

It's relentlessly eighties, it makes you want to crawl through your garden with a machine gun killing wave after wave of helpless eighties goons.

Also pretty much any of the soundtracks produced by Ennio Morricone rule. I love the Harmonica theme from "Once upon a time in the west", but of course "Good, bad and the ugly" absolutely rules too. It is the classic western soundtrack!

I still really enjoy the Braveheart soundtrack, regardless of the controversy surrounding Mel Gibson. It's a damn good score.

Nevermind Mel Gibson, the entire film is hideously historically inaccurate! Now I'm by no means saying Edward I wasn't a total bastard, but he was enough of a bastard that they didn't need to change the way in which he was a bastard... if you see what I mean?
Still, fair enough, the soundtrack is good!

Historically inaccurate - yes. But I still like the damn soundtrack.
