And I know more about chile than power2charm new [re: 96dbFreak]

In reply to:

Stu: Are you ? I thought you were from Texas.

Nope. See my profile. I lived in Texas for a number of years, and I love Texas and identify very much with it (though I have to admit that is waning now that I've discovered the wondrous Mecca that is Colorado), but I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. Lived there for a total of 20 years (the first 18 and then two more after graduation from University). Most of my family is still there and I drive back at least a couple of times a year.

G_N and I have done the New Mexico thing before, WW, I was just pushing, for my own amusement, basically (as is my wont).

I see. You won't mind then, if I won't let it die? Not that there's much risk of that; I'll probably disappear again in another couple of days.

Ville: That it was a capsule the Nazis tried to launch to orbit in order to preserve the perfect example of a superhuman and then crashed to Roswell? And now the Free Masons are keeping the whole thing hush-hush?

Actually, I do think it was a cover-up, but of covert military testing rather than ALIENS.

In reply to:

Or should I just go take my medication now?

Probably a good idea. Take lots of it.

I do agree that "Bozo-ing" shouldn't be anonymous. Why shouldn't the whole community or at least the person in question know? Heck, it might even make a few people think twice before doing it.

Don't tell me! You're from outer space!
No, I'm from Iowa... I only work in outer space.

OK, here is why new [re: karmastarman]

In reply to:

There should really be a function for undoing this bozoing.

There should be a function for undoing the mass-posting of a series of stupid threads. I bozo people when I get too annoyed with their posts - especially if they flood the boards. The "Have you...as an adult" series was clearly such a case; it was just irritating, I found it very distracting to find them there when I read the boards. But I removed the bozo now since the wave of inane Karmastarman threads seems to be over.

The same thing happened to me the only time I tried to bozo someone. Not seeing what is being said is even more annoying than seeing all the crap.

In reply to:

Uh, I was well aware of that. I was replying to, and quoting blah blah blah possible for your pea brain to grasp such a concept.

Yeah, I was being a bonehead there. Sorry.

So you're saying you hate New Mexicans just to piss me off, even though you know I'm not New Mexican. Then when you irk a REAL New Mexican, you say you don't hate New Mexicans, you just want to insult me even though I'm not New Mexican.

You know what, I take it all back. I like you. You're silly.

You're forgiven. Just don't let it happen again!

In reply to:

You're doing it again! You need to learn to read before you start reading between the lines!

I never said anything about hating New Mexicans. "Fucker" can be a term of endearment where I come from. You New Mexican fuckers obviously have no respect for other people's cultural differences.

Basically because if I decide I don't want to read any more threads about our fallen hero astronauts or whatever, I shouldn't have to hold a fucking press conference to let everyone know. If anything, the bozo function should become *more* anonymous (as I've suggested in the past, mind you), so that no one's bozo count is visible to the public. This information serves no useful purpose other than spawning crap threads; it ought the be held between the bozoer and his/her deity of choice.

I'm thinking it was more of a clever marketing ploy to boost the sale of the "Kiss me I've been probed by alien technology" -product family.
