Sys is right. The whole thing came from this thing that you can get your porn-star name by taking the name of your first pet and your mother's maiden name. Since I didn't have any pets as a kid, but my best friend had a guinea pig called Pampula, I chose that. With my mother's maiden name it sounded hilarious. Then some of my friends said that they'd start calling me Pampula. Well, luckily they never did, but I still registered with that name to a message board I've actually never posted to.

Sys may well be correct but I know this is the method in which Drag Queens chose their names too and this I know to be correct thru watching the Rue Paul television programe, my first pet was a cat called Amy and my mothers maiden name was Buttifant so I would be

Amy Buttifant but Im not into drag darling.

Well before we go into the thy doth protest too much lark! I can assure you Kati I am most definately not a drag queen I did dress up in the hospital panto several years running but only twice as a female, Cher and Tammy Wynett both times I was slighty drunk LOL.
