I quite like Pablo's version of what it should be, but it's clearly not what we have right now.

I've no idea how the current mods were appointed, what their brief was, why they were chosen.

Leaving aside the insults and the hurt feelings on both sides, it would be really great if the two remaining mods would take some time from their very busy schedules to explain to us if there are any circumstances in which they could be persuaded to step aside and make way for democratically elected new moderators, or however they get appointed around here?

Think about it guys. I know you're very busy so what would it take to make your lives less busy? A simple majority of TWers asking for your resignation? Or something more?

Do you really want to cling to power badly? Or would you welcome the opportunity to pass on the burden to fresh moderators?

I like photo threads and would encourage more of them, the way we lead our individual lives etc... is nice to share with fellow members.

Not every post Mathieu only the posts I consider to require a date, the date in the affore mentioned post was for members to understand when I bought the camera, so photos from now on will be UpToDate
