Do we really need more moderation?
We survived for a long time with none, then with one. The current batch were appointed to spread the load when Adam couldn't be here at all times. Even with the apparent recent absences of Sys, Ohro and Adam, EJ has been on hand to moderate as he feels necessary (as we've witnessed today).
Also, I'm sure Adam will be spending more time here once he concludes his world walkabout. And with anons currently banned, it's not like moderation is required all that frequently.

However, it seems that when a picture is posted that goes against the rules, it is usually hours before it is removed. The thing is, it is usually the people who know better, who post the offensive images. With the amount of users who frequent the board at the moment, then, yes, one would think there was no need for moderation. Sadly some people always want to overstep the mark.
