A mod has to be a participating member of the board. Even if Sys does still frequent these parts, he doesn't contribute to the board as much as a mod should and therefore I propose a new moderator be instated.

The three people with the most nominations will be placed into a poll.

Unless of course Strawman is now a different influence to what he once was, what with the coffee shop now being called "oopski!" and all.

I find it amazing that Strawski has only focused on Sys though, if anyone really needs replacing it is Tati, who gave up on the board before I joined. I think she has posted twice in the last two years.

So has Sys resigned his position as Mod then?

First of all I propose we consider who we don't want to be a Mod:

- DDgz74 - you don't need me to explain why, do you?
- JamieSim - OK, I'm just getting silly here.
- Strawman - every bugger would be banned within the first two days.
- Pablo - yes I know he's here 24x7, but he's far too emotional. A Mod needs to be dispassionate.
- Any Americans, Canadians or Frenchies - because...hey.

Give us another Aussie (but not a Kiwi) or another Scandanavian or, at a pinch, a Brit (excluding those above...and twister). What about Persilot?

Or someone from South America. Hell yeah, what about Mxy? There's another suggestion.
