I agree -- For what seems like fifteen years & fourteen weeks I've been living the fanciful notion that TW needs less, if no moderation at all.

In light of recent events I would like to put my name forward as a possible replacement for any, if not all, of the existing moderators, 'cause they're about as much use as tits on a clam.

Well, as said a few times before, I can only guess who is an alter here and who is not as I do not see any IPs.. This thread could be full of those or it could be not - but as we have learned from fresh discussions I am not the one to make assumptions in that sensitive matter.

But I agree with those who find most of the alter business here on TW quite annoying. Others obviously don't.

I think it is the clones that most people find irritating and also confusing because you think you are interacting with one person when it is infact someone else. Also the bumping of old threads for no reason is a no no on nearly every board I have ever been a visitor too.
Have you visited collector's corner? Another definite no no.

For the record (and I'm not trying to start a new argument at all), I do agree that a high percentage of alters are a pain in the ass but I think that the really brilliant small percent make it all worth the annoyance - if only by a little bit.
