The Embarrassment Factor new

Why did Evan pick such a shite song to name his site after? It's a shite song, and a shite name for a website.

I 'spose it's no worse than Bowie Wonderworld, though. What the fuck is that?

Is there something about Bowie that engenders shitty tribute site names?

Half agreed new [re: anisette]

It's a brilliant song, but a totally crap name for a site.

And Low? Heavily influenced by Neil Diamond's work in the late 60s - P2C.

People always complain about names new [re: anisette]

It was originally called "The David Bowie File". He took a lot of stick about that, so he eventually changed it to Teenage Wildlife, which everyone seemed to love at the time. I suppose the fanbase was younger and more fun-loving at the time. Now we're just a bunch of old cranky pants.

Because most Bowie fans are nerds who fervently hope that liking Bowie somehow makes them cool?

Seriously though, what name would you have called it?

are you serious?! - ok, maybe its not the greatest site name but the song is brilliant! At least for me it has always been a top ten tune.
