That is a very good observation. One of the reasons I got into Bowie some 28 years ago (wow, that long!) was the fact that his work is often prophetical.

Bowie has always known. On September 11, 1977, he joined Bing Crosby on his TV special. Exactly 24 years prior to that fateful day, he sang for the first and last time - "Peace on Earth - can it be? Years from now, perhaps we'll see".

Millions of people watched these riots unfold on their tv screens!! Cool.
