This is a question that's been on my mind for aaages now......
I have a vague idea about what Outside's all about, but I need confirmation..... could someone tell me what the story is precisely?

As I consider it one of Bowie's best works, I'd like to know this.

In short words, it's a story of a private detective Nathan Adler, who investigates a mysterious death of 14-year-old Baby Grace Blue, which brings him to the world of drugs, body art, the Internet and a large bunch of strange characters, such as Ramona A. Stone, Leon Blank, Algeria Touchshriek and The Artist/Minotaur.
