Im sure he's refering to "she" as in the stealth plane which teh movie is about. You know how guys are when tehy talk about their cars "she can do 0 to 60 in 5 seconds" that kind of talk. In this case a stealth bomber is the she.

subsequently Ive seen previews for this movie. It looks like the usual hollywood crap. A bit like Top Gun in Stealth Bombers. This could be Bowie's "Take My Breathe Away" moment
