What is your favourite cover?
Will you go for the era defining cover of Alladin Sane, The austere "heroes", silly never let me down or the weird 1.Outside.

Choose any cover, be it original album, best ofs, or even if you must deram material throughout the ages.

I love Aladdin Sane, I draw it on everything (sad).
I really like Earthling and Tin Machine (shame about the crappo album but nice pic) too.

Right now iŽd say Hunky Dory although Aladdin Sane seems to be an all time favorite.

Heroin, My Heroin

There's something about Bowie singing "I can't explain" that really turns me on. I just adore the whole Pin Ups project. I really can't explain.

Then we have "My death". Of course. Amsterdam, but only with Ute Lemper in it. I'd really love to see Bowie doing a cover of " Ne me quitte pas", speaking of Jacques Brel.

From the new stuff, I absolutely love "L0ve Missile F1-11" and "Pablo Picasso", again they sound nothing like the originals which is good.

Edit: Again, I didn't read the whole thing, as it appears you're asking about cover art, not cover versions.[sad]
I must say that my favourite album cover so far must be that of Reality. I'd love to do Bowie's next CD cover!
