The only two songs I can think of which really show his true feelings are "An Occasional Dream" and "Letter to Hermione". These are also his two only REAL, heartfelt love songs. Quite atypical in his body of work, too.

Well, maybe "Teenage Wildlife", too, where he goes as far as mentioning himself by name.

Coming from you, bfp, I assumed the post would be about the size of Bowie's nostril hairs or, more likely, a comparison of the secretaries at the New York and London MainMan offices or the paper quality of Bowie's different record sleeves.

I am curious about the debut album. Do you people think David Bowie 1967 is a persona or is it the "real" (whatever that means) Bowie singing those songs?
