OK, my mistake. Reading the back cover carefully, that CD was in fact issued in 1992. But the disc looks and sound genuine, so I'd say it has been released on CD. At least in Germany.

I believe Adam has a copy and I've seen one or two on eBay. I assume they're legitimate.
