the answer is quite obviously the stones, even though they only put out one truly good album (Their satanic majesties request). as for the beatles, they suck worse than hunky dory.

I disagree. I prefer oranges.

Although I own fewer Stones albums, I like them better on the strength of what I own. The Beatles were the first band I really learned to like several years ago but, as it turned out, the charm wore off pretty quickly.

As a side note, I'll give a metaphorical pat on the back to the first poster who finds the only post in Sysiyo's 7000 in which he doesn't slate Hunky Dory. If we don't keep tabs on him, he'll soon be removing Hunky Dory from the Bowie discography page.

First, the MB moderators do not have powers outside the MB, so I could not remove HD from the discography even if I wished to.

Second, there are several posts where I make no reference to HD. The current... campaing started because of this and this thread. Don't worry, I'll bore of trashing it soon enough.
