Ziggy Stardust 12" vinyl. I already have it on CD, along with a lot of the other recordings, but i've decided to branch out and start collect vinyls too.

I still need 'Tonight,' 'Pin-Ups,' and the 2 Tin Machine albums... but the last I bought were 'Heroes,' 'Images,' and 'Space Oddity.'
[I had already had 'Space Oddity,' but I bought the vinyl cos it had a poster in it.... hehe]

But then, why should I speak, since I know nothing.

That was at least four years ago and it was "Buddha of Suburbia." It took awhile to track it down and for it to arrive via the UK. I was happy to finally have it indeed.
I've been collecting his releases since 1975. I still have a lot of his best on vinyl only. In other words, I have the majority of his catalogue, but not in a completist sense. I don't really get that deep into any artist. Not enough time or money.

Is Stage really worth a lot now? A kind fan many years ago sent me the 2CD set of stage for free - I'd probably ebay it if it was worth something like what you are all saying it is :-)

I just bought a cd of the story tellers program and another of a load of acoustic tracks recorded live. I can't wait to receive them.

Hunky Dory was the album that completed my Bowie set. I believe the year was 1977.

In reply to:
I'll certainly give the BTWN rerelease a miss as the original album is mediocre enough and I already have the original interactive CD-ROM.
Actually, nothing from the Jump CD was included in the rerelease. The DVD is simply a copy of the Black Tie White Noise promotional video, complete with interviews, video clips and mimed performances.
