If you've got Never Let Me Down, you might as well go for Tonight, too.
I guess... But I don't really know if I like Never Let Me Down. First when I listened to it I thought "hey, this is pretty good!", but now after a few times more, I'm not that sure anymore.
And I'll propably end up getting Pin Ups and Tin Machine II also. It's funny but I've decided about a million times, that this is finally the last album, (even before I got Diamond Dogs, which is my favorite), but now that I'm working, I feel I can afford to buy some more albums. So, possibly one day I'll finally feel I have a "complete set".

I don't know about you Tristan,But have you ever wondered just how limited is limited?
It says limited on the box thus I typed it the way it's titled. And by doing the correct thing there can be no confusion to which BTWN I was talking about. Now to answer your question, I don't dwell on such things as how limited limited is.

And you call yourself a Bowie fan.

A few days after I bought Reality I found a copy of the 1. Outside Sampler. I don't have it in front of me to say what tracks are on it (and at this point I have so many Bowie CDs that I have a hard time remembering exactly what's on each because I'm a terrible fan). I haven't seen it anywhere except at the record store where I bought it.
Does anyone know anything about this CD?
Anyway, that was the last addition. Being a poor college student (and having an expensive road trip coming up) I haven't the funds to keep increasing my collection...but I would like very much to have all of them...sigh.
Sadly I'm only up to ten albums.
We can't stop here. This is bat country.

It's just what it says, a 'sampler'. It was for promotional use only. There might be more info on it at the outside page.

Well considering they use the word limited on many CD and DVD releases,It must play some part in your purchasing?,Other wize apart from buying for buyings sake( as we all do with Bowie related items),The word limited becomes obsolete. When i purchased Reality the Touring version the blurb at the time was!,It was gonna be taken off the shelves on December 31st 2003,Its still on the shelves,So limited means not much does it?,And as for your view of not dwelling on such things!,I think its about time you did,And you call yourself a Bowie fan.

Just what do you mean by"obvious reasons" Sys?,Do you mean you consider it a not very good album?.Im often confused by fans reasons to leave this album"Pinups"to last?,Im sure you'll agree that upon listening to it?,Its a very good album eh?.
As for buying it, it had very little that interested me, so I got the more interesting stuff first. And upon listening to it, I think it's rubbish, right down there with The Man Who Sold The World, Reality and Hunky Dory.

I purchased it because I'm one of those stupid completests. There was nothing on it I didn't already have. It does come in a pretty package though, eh?

I've never been a hardcore collector of limited editions or anything specifically, so I don't know much. However, aren't so-called "limited editions" identified as such by being numbered?
I don't have any Bowie titles to refer to, but was gifted with a Grateful Dead limited edition, which is #00136 (assuming out of 10,000 total). ???
