The Alphabet 'Singles' Song Survivor: Letter A new

And what better place to start than with the letter A. Please bear in mind that we're not dealing with any flip sides of singles here.

So the tracks for the letter A are:-

All The Madmen
Alabama Song
Ashes To Ashes
Absolute Beginners

Please nominate & state the one song you would prefer to be disqualified.

ps - For future reference the song 1984 will come under the letter N.

Thanks.

Edit: My bad Zigbot. I'm drunk (as usual) and the rules of alphabet survivor had slipped out of my mind. Not to mention I didn't bother to read the entire post.
Anyway, Absolute beginners out!

Are you voting to "disqualify" the "underdog"? Or did you misread the post? It says to list the song you want to disqualify--if I read it right.

If so, then I disqualify Absolute Beginners. It's kind of a cute thing, but all the doo wops in the background bug me.

I thought those who are "usually" drunk end up having such a high tolerance for alcohol that they are "functional alcoholics" who can pass for sober even when sloshed.

Bottom line: You need to drink more, and more often, RabbitFighter!

If i'm to be found dead in the near future you can blame yourself lady!
According to some test I took to amuse myself I drink approximately three times as much as your average alcoholic so i'd like to think that I can be fairly clearheaded under the influence (Sugarplumfairy can prove this). Besides, the bottom line is that I didn't bother to read Strawman's post. "Oh great, another survivor thread, let's just skip to that voting part."

Alabama Song!

and are we only including official worldwide physical releases, or will marker specific singles (like "I've Been Waiting For You") and download singles (like "Rebel Never Get Old" or "Your Turn to Drive") be included as well?

I'll be seeing YOU in New York, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, Kansas City, St. Louis, Wantagh, and Holmdel. So dress sharp.

Alabama son cause it's really annoying.

David on Lexi: "I'm four", "No, you're three", "No, I'm four.", "No, you're almost four", "Ohh".
