I thought those who are "usually" drunk end up having such a high tolerance for alcohol that they are "functional alcoholics" who can pass for sober even when sloshed.

According to some test I took to amuse myself I drink approximately three times as much as your average alcoholic so i'd like to think that I can be fairly clearheaded under the influence (Sugarplumfairy can prove this).
