What draws you to TW rather than other Bowie sites?

I like this message board a lot, it's...erm...interesting...

It was also the first Bowie site I visited and frequented, helping me from Bowie at the Beeb all the way through my collecting to The Buddha.

Originally I came here because it was the most complete and up-to-date Bowie site on the web. The interactivity the message board, forums and guestbook added was an extra attraction.

Now, the message board is the only reason I come here. Or more correctly, the people who post here.

This was the second bowie website I visited, after coming onto here through the Illustrated discography. I found the message board to be the most informative and entertaining.

I visit this site to help ease the immense boredom I feel at work. Sometimes there are interesting topics to reply to or just to read about.

Before registering proper, I posted as an anon for a while and kind of found the place weird. It was Strawman's posts that really caught my eye and made me feel at home, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart, because he is my sole reason for staying at TW.

In fact Strawie is my sole reason for living.

Originally it was because I was friends with Lizz, who had the URL to this site in her sig line. At the time I was something of a passing fan...of course, that's changed!

And it's quite fun to surprise people who think kids my age don't even know who Bowie is...

BowieAudio never seems to have any good threads and BWW is... too unfriendly. This place is nice except for all the weirdos like... well I won't go into names. They know who they are. :P
