Re: The true meaning of 1.Outside new [re: to_dizzy]

I inspired Bowie to write Outside.1

He won't listen to me anymore so I went onto inspiring Gwen Stefani.

If this inspiration includes her "Rich Girl" video then gimme yer address because I may have to do mortal damage to your person.

It is my opinion and I am unanimous in this, because it is my opinion, which is, in fact, mine.

Not to mention that MTV doesn't play any videos these days.

Oh boy, just got cable with MTV yesterday ó can't believe I've been missing Date My Mom . . . twice a day . . . when I'm not being told about their Music Awards . . .

Donít think about Young Americans as a makeout album

Very funny and that dreadful Cribs programe, If I see any more air heads showing me their huge fridges ( you could pull in behind being a young american ) and television sets the size of a tennis court almost I swear I shall go mad, these homes ( cribs ) are vast and don't even look lived in, fame really is hollow.

Well, it does make a man think things over.

`Would you tell me which way to go ?' said Alice
`That depends on where you want to get to,' said the Cat
`I don't much care where --'
`Then it doesn't matter which way you go'

Well I never cared in the first place there's far too many morons on television, as for that Mrs Osborne! she has been hired at some vast some of money to play ( wait for this?) an ordinary housewife mum for a supermarket branch called Asda which I believe is owned by Walmart? anyway she's to be seen all jolly walking around Asda buying her weekly shop as an ordinary mum, yeah like ordinary mums have rings worth £2.000.000 stolen every other week then she picks up this enormous pile of DVDs for her ( in her words ) her kids I think she needs to seriously look at those freaks she calls kids

Television really is very insulting now

Re: The true meaning of fame new [re: diamondogz74]

Insulting? How can something you can turn off with the press of a button be insulting? I can imagine it the other way around. Turn the TV off and it gets insulted.

Sorry, off topic.
As for 1.Outside. Bowie's wildest fantasy. Like a Lynch film, speculation and analysis is futile. Don't try to understand it. Just love it.
As for fame. It pays. When you get fed up, you can bitch about things and take a decade off. We, the rest, we have to work on, whether we like it or not.
