I agree, but in this case...I don't know, your translation seems (to me) too complicated...it's just a title. Furthermore, you change the meaning of it : i would translate "fall" by "chute"or "mort" (=death for the non-French speaker). And in the word "rise", there is the meaning "he" becomes better, that there's an evolution...

Diffcile de bien expliquer dans la langue de Shakespeare...

Anyway, i think your translation loose many ideas and bring some wrong ones... But, hey, i don't pretend i am professional, that's just my point of view...
