the Bowie Track Most Likely to get #1 if Remixed
|
|
|
Personally I think it would be Laughing Gnome if remixed by the Likes of Fat Boy Slim. Laugh as you might. Think about it. It is the track that is catchy enough to be a ring tone and has a character strong enough to be compared to Crazy Frog. And as much as we would cringe its something the general public go for at the moment.
Whether Bowie would allow it to be re-mixed re-released is another matter.

Now that is a good idea It would definitely make # 1, I would imagine Bowie would be only to pleased.
I also think if Fatboy were to mix "Let's Dance" or even "Sound and Vision" they are possible # 1s.

A big beat 'Chant Of The Evercirling Skeletal Family' would be massive in Krunk clubs.

What about Fatboy doing a complete dance mix album of Bowie tracks? It's got to be better than that awful Club Bowie, I'm beginning to like this idea very much

It would be good if Bowie entirly remixed one of his albums.

Me and my rose tinted spectacles eh? you're right obviously, but what about some of the more obscure Bowie tracks, as is mentioned "Chant of the Ever-Circling Skeletal Family"

It's a fine idea. Back in 1997, I wanted a drum n bass 'Laughing Gnome' as the b-side of 'Little Wonder'.

I don't want to be the cynic round here, but i don't think any possible remixes of old (or even new) bowie songs could make the top-10, never less #1.
I've been too honest with myself I should have lied like everybody else
