I miss the "undecided" option as some of the pairings include equally good or less good albums.
I would have given a draw to Abbey Road vs. Space Oddity (I have a huge soft spot for Space Oddity), Aladdin Sane vs. Dark Side of The Moon, STS vs. The Ramones, Tonight vs. Purple Rain, Tin Machine vs. Stone Roses, Tin Machine II vs. Nevermind.
Bowie loses against The Velvets, London Calling and Sign O' The Times.
And I want to believe that a light's shining through somehow

Unfair to Bowie - or to the opponents?

Trying to navigate TW reminds me of what it was like having dial-up service.

Yeah, Tristan, you are absolutely right that Abbey Road should win that one easily. But as I said I have a huge soft spot for Space Oddity mainly because it was the first Bowie album I ever bought. I saved my little pocket money for weeks back then and hoped the record store which only had one copy of it wouldn't sell it prematurely. It didn't. And I got it. Lyrics on the inner sleeve and poster included. Wow.
Musically speaking there is no doubt that Abbey Road is a masterpiece and Space Oddity is not.

Awrrr, that's a very cute story, EJ.
I can just see you all excited with the inner sleeve and poster included, in your little lederhosen.

It's only people from Bavaria who wear Lederhosen. I grew up in Lower Saxony.
