Is that a frame from TMWFTE? They had a commercial of the polaroid type camera that Thomas Newton had invented for his company and I think that looks like a shot from it. I could be wrong though.

Given the appearance of Bowie and the locale, I'd agree that it's from TMWFTE.

Yes it is a scene from TMWFTE. Found another website with the same pic and a bit of an explanation . . . . .
