UK Top 40 albums - 3/10/2004
Ziggy Stardust is back in the charts at number 17! Most likely because it's £2.99 in the new HMV sale.
Best of Bowie has also returned to the top 40, going to number 22.

You just cannot keep a good album down.
If people were banned for not being sensible who would still be here?

That is indeed very good news, I was in HMV last week and saw two teenage girls looking at Ziggy Stardust, One said to the other 'look David Booooowiesss album is only £2.99, lets buy it' and they did, I was most pleased.
With luck that will lead them to hear further Bowie albums.

I heard this news on Radio 1 the other day too. Even treated to a snippet of Suffragette City! Down to £2.99, there's no excuse now, everyone must own a copy of this album.
Its about time I had a signature

Obsessed.
I discovered Mr Bowies music when I was only 10 years old, thanks to an elder brother, only I couldn't afford the albums he had, so I bought the 1960s material, where basically my heart still is
It soon became an obsession for me too, I remember the first ever time I heard 'Moonage Daydream' Mick Ronsons guitar blew my mind, It was the nearest I had heard to symphony type sound on an electric guitar.
Here I am years later interested all types of music, mainly due to following Mr Bowie's interests, he's the best teacher in the world IMO.

Are there DVD charts in the UK? I'm thinking of the Reality disc that comes out next month.
