Wow cool, thanks.
I think I might pre-order mine from CD-WOW.

The covers are very well enhanced especially David Live. This pleases me.

I'm not 100% certain I'd agree. I liked the darker old cover more, in this new enhanced one the colours look too bright for their own good. And I'm not sure of the way it's been arranged, the album name looks as if it's too far from the upper left corner and the actual picture would be more dynamic if Bowie wasn't so close to the center. If he was more to the right, as on the original, the cover would look much more interesting.

Of course, the pictures will probably look different when actually printed on paper.

I agree. Creepy blue-skinned David Live Bowie is my favourite BowiePic of all time. This new "enhanced" version breaks my heart.

At least the Stage cover is as drab and awful as it ever was. Hooray!

Its about time I had a signature

For those interested? I've just seen both albums ( CD versions ) on sale at CDWOW for £10.99 each

Does anyone know how reputable 101cd.com is? I've seen all the discs for 8.95 (don't know how to type a pounds sign).

I don't know if they are going to get an Australian release, so this might be the cheapest option. I've never heard of the store before.

Hi Trendy

Yeah I've used 101cd.com and NEVER had any problems with them at all.

I must say that australia seems to get left behind rather a lot with Bowie releases and it's very unfair.

And it pleases me too, I think the digitally remastered cover is gorgeous.

Out of the pair of albums being released Stage really did need the most cover enhancing, I don't know it might? look better in the flesh.

My ex girlfriend used to order from them and never had a problem. Great prices, too.

While I agree the picture would look better if david was a bit further to the right, the words David Live really dont bother me.The enhancement was much needed tho.

Re: UPDATE! new [re: diamondogz74]

Actually, if you look at the cover pictures, the one for David Live is a square, which would mean the album will be housed in a normal jewel case, but the cover pic for Stage is wider than it's tall, like it would be meant for a 'fat' jewel case (or a bigibox). Considering that David Live is clearly a new version, it's possible that the Stage cover picture above is actually that of the Ryko reissue (I find it unlikely one of the albums would be in a normal jewel case and the other in a digibox), and the cover for the new version might be somewhat different.
