The album is worth £2.99. I pity those who bought it for more, I really do.

Crazy semantics I agree, the Oxford Dictionary describes it thus...
blaze3 → v. present (news) in a prominent or sensational manner. - ORIGIN ME (in the sense ‘blow out on a trumpet’): from Mid. Low Ger. or MDu. blzen ‘to blow’; rel. to blow1.

Thats about all it is worth James, personally I think it should have been dished out for free, It's nothing more than a slung together sampler album.
BTW How much did you shell out for your Reality tour DVD?

Pity they quote the wrong track Nirvana covered
Which song did Nirvana cover then? Funny, but I have no idea, even though I got exposed to Nirvana a lot at school, because one girl on my class was a huge Nirvana-fan. When Kurt Cobain died, she almost cried the whole day at school...

They covered 'The man who sold the world' on the MTV unplugged album.
I haven't got a signature at the moment.

Indeed Alan It duz contain that track and the edit is bad It sounds not only out of place on the new complilation but totally out of context, the decision to include this was stupid.
Sweet thing is my favourite song. I haven't heard this butchered version yet and I'm horrified at the thought of it being presented in this way, however, it's not a bad marketing ploy. Ppl hearing the song for the first time on this collection, may be tempted to buy the Diamond dogs album in order to here Candidate and the reprise.
Same reason why single mixes should go on comilations (and singles), so that ppl need to buy the album as well to hear the album version.

A brilliant marketing ploy for sure because the song starts abruptly and ends abruptly, anyone with a slight interest in music will hear it's just ripped from a sequence of song.

Yeah I like the single mixes and have no quibbles with them being included as long as it's not the terrible butchered French edit of "StationToStation" that has to be the worst ever! IMO.

Yes, I'm actually looking forward to hearing this compilation as it's so different his other ones. And I can't wait to hear how Sweet thing has been cut.
By the way, I haven't heard the French edit of Station to station. If they had done a decent job it could have made a good single.
