Ant that has been there for months, if not longer, if you read it, it says still no news July 2005. That is the only bit that gets updated, the still no news bit.
It was originally put up almost immidiately after the interview that I mentioned earlier, so it's nearly three years old. It seems Bassman updates the 'still no word of this...' -part every once in a while, but that's about it concerning Toy's possible release.

It'll be two years this coming September since we had Reality sprung on us, this wait is becoming intolerable
Sure we've had plenty of old stuff re-released, but it now even seems that YAs 30th will be delayed.
Why don't they just get off their backsides and give the fans something new, we have been patient so far.

He doesn't have to release shit just because his fans are impatient. If Bowie's an artist, he'll release something when there's something he wishes to show, or deliver or whatever. It's not a case of supply and demand.

Whereas with the case of re-releases and DVD-A's, that's exactly the case. The record companies have no excuse for withholding anything, ecspecially if 1) they're due 2) they were the ones who promised us them.

Look the guy is obviously well enough to perform at the Fashion Rocks event, Im not necessarily talking about Bowie himself more his record company.
Toy is in the can and could probably be released anytime? Im not saying Bowie should get off his arse, Im saying the record company should.

Obviously though, Bowie is not longer interested in Toy.

If we did count for anything, don't you think we would have had the proposed anthology, the eno trilogy box of outtakes, the plethora of official concert dvds, the 30th anniversary YA, the DVDA's, the box set of 80s cd singles, the proposed second disc of the deram anthology, the mountain of unreleased tracks made available to us?
