I admit in my eyes the man is a rock god and always will be, but I remember many of the tabloids taking note of his recent visit to some fashion awards ceremony and that film awards event.

So Mr Bowie still carries some considerable clout.

This is exciting news....Bowie's first TRUE comeback after
his surgery. Hope he goes balls-out like he did when he
previewed "Little Wonder" at VH1 Fashion Awards (?).....one
of his liveliest performances. The big question> who's in the
band?......he'll either confidently showcase a new song or
re-work an oldie!?

Thinking about it, they might even show the old version of Fashion from last time.
