You should try living my life and waiting two months for the discs you've ordered...
That is l-o-n-g, but you do have better record shops in Finland, as does Ardent in the Netherlands, seems you can sell products before the UK are allowed to.
In reply to:
chances are then it won't be waiting for me when i get home tonight either. I just saw it going for £9 in the markets today...I wish i hadn't ordered it now
Oh dear, rather sickening isn't it
BTW, did you hear that New Killer Star mix?

I'm in Canada, it will be in store on the 21st apparently. I bought Ricochet in London in 1996 at HMV, I can remember how excited I was, first time in London and found Ricochet on top (I had no idea what it was!!), also at Camden town Sunday market I bought a few bootlegs, remember that was before the web.. now we just click a few times to get a Bowie rarity. There's much less anticipation and excitement than 15 years ago I think.

I wonder what Kati will think of this serious moonlight tour dvd? Be interesting to hear her thoughts, as seen from a fresh viewpoint.
Probably "IT'S CRAP!!!" Which I have sussed is shorthand because
A) He's not Mariah Carey or some other mindless hipster B) He's over the age of 35 thus out of bounds of the current MTV generation C) His music has depth and all his songs aren't about love or break-ups, so IT MUST BE CRAP.
In reply to:
Anyone else not received their Serious Moonlight Tour dvd yet from playcom? I know they shipped them late, guess it's tomorrow now, I loathe waiting like this.
Nope, I haven't either. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Oh dear! not sure whether to laugh or cry at that, so I'll do both best to cover all aspects lol.

Yep mine arrived today, watched it all and thoroughly enjoyed it! A bit disappointed with the "booklet" though.
