It has FINALLY arrived :)

And I can say that the soundquality has dramatically improved, and the picture quality looks sharper than in has ever done before :)

That's the DVD? Looks like a CD package.
No Australian release date yet.

I'm sorry, it appears you are holding some sort of CD in that picture, but I cannot focus on it to see what it is because your shirt is very distracting. Can you post another picture with your shirt off, so that I can see what the CD is? Thank you in advance.

Well, I'm keeping my Rajon DVD and not buying any more of EMI's filthy money scamming crud.
If EMI were serving the fans, we'd at least be getting Glass Spider. But no, we get Serious Moonlight. Again. And why? It's because some elcheapo outback Aussie label with next to no resources beat EMI to punch about six months ago.
Then EMI (which is sitting on something like 400 hours of Bowie footage) decides to throw the dogs a bone and tack on Richochet so they'll buy this release instead.
I sincerely hope that Rajon taught the stingy corporate cunts at EMI a lesson.
But somehow I doubt it.

You mean the version without Cat People and in mono? I was happy to wait for the real deal.

That wasn't Rajon's fault. They could only work with what they had which was old tapes - not the massive archives that fat EMI businessmen continue to warm their buttocks on.
You only get your 'real deal' now because EMI are reacting to that release. It shouldn't have to come to that.

This release was planned as far back as Best of Bowie, extremely delayed but planned nevertheless. Rajon's release was at best semi legit, thus having to use old tapes. There is something new on this new release at least.
I think you will find it is more Bowie's buttocks that are warming on this archive stuff. There is no financial gain for EMI in keeping this stuff unavailable. I would say the longer it is kept from release the less revenue it will attract, Bowie might have a hard core following but as far as the general public are concerned he might just as well be dead these days. A Best of cd or DVD might get him back in the charts but I doubt very much a Cracked Actor or Earls Court 78 dvd would cause them much excitement.
