And according to one of the New York Daily News spies on the ground talking Bowie on a new album which is supposed to be in production in the home studio in the northern end of the State of New York, where Bowie and his wife would otherwise spend most of their time.

Definitely more chance than 'snowy Berlin'.

I believe Bowie and Iman were looking to buy a residence up that way some time in the past 12 months. Not to far from Little Tonche where Heathen was recorded.
