"From as soon as I started doing well commercially, I started getting some interesting offers, to compose or play keyboards or produce. I love to do that. I'm quite happy to take a back seat. I wouldn't have given up that opportunity to play with David Bowie at Live Aid, or Roger Waters at the Berlin Wall, or some of those albums I did, like Joni Mitchell's...I just had a really rich and varied career in music."
