Peter and the Wolf

Do any of you know where I could get my hands on a copy of this? MP3, CD, tape, anything but vinyl. I'll be your best friend!

Yesterday upon the stair
I met a man who wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
How I wish he'd go away!

Well that depends on where you live. Out here in Arizona there's a place called Zia Records- I got me a tape copy back a couple of years ago from there.
Have you tired on line searches like through Amazon or something like that?

Re: Peter and the Wolf new [re: TalentedChild]

I got my copy from BMG. BMG is an awful company that will rip you off, so if you can find someone else who is a member just ask them to buy it for you. Just thinking about BMG makes me mad. Anyway I'll stop complaining now.

WinMX new [re: BabyJenks]

I bought the CD roughly 10 years ago and have been sharing the Peter and the Wolf Bowie narration from it for some months on WinMX. You could go to winmx.com, download the program, then search for "Peter and the Wolf" and look for the name "Raen" (that's me) and download the 13 tracks, I have them labeled & numbered. It's the best and fastest way for you that I can think of at the moment. All for free! I'm currently sharing 39 of my Bowie CDs on WinMX and when I find time, I'll get the rest on there. Some things I only have on tape, like, Starting Point and The Very Best of David Bowie. I don't even know if those are on CD. My connection is too slow right now for me to share videos, but I'll put those up too someday. Anyone who can find me on WinMX can download what they want, I don't mind. Hope I can help.

Amazon new [re: BabyJenks]

You can buy it from Amazon.com here for $11.97, (or used from the same page for $10.48).

Something I should probably get in on myself (never even heard the album). But probably won't.

I hope that I can say the things I wish I'd said.

Re: Peter and the Wolf new [re: BabyJenks]

I want the CD for my birthday, but I'm afraid I'm never seeing my friends back when I send them to the store for this...
But I have seen it online on a Dutch site (bol.com) for a reasonable price. (And since I live in Holland I will probably just give in and buy it)

No offense to you or SwapNut, but in my opinion, SwapNut SUCKS!
