David Live--booklet or insert?
|
|
|
I have David Live on vinyl, but recently picked up the Ryko 2-CD version at a local used record store. The CD is in great condition, but the paper cover insert is creased and there is no "booklet" or other insert material like those contained in the other Ryko editions.
Was there more to the Ryko version of David Live than what I got at the record store? If so, I'll keep scouring for another copy elsewhere.
Peace,
Zigbot

There is a same kind of "folded" booklet like in any other Ryko release. It just mostly has ghoulish pics of Dave from that period which are extremely pleasant to eye (especially the one where Earl Slick has tied him up) and albumcredits.
I canīt hope to be the "devil may care" Maybe iīll settle with you all in my hair

So who is the guy that doesnīt show up on that small caption KoolerthanJesus made?
"Softly, Lautrec," she whispered in awe "build me a picture of children at war"

Basics, mate!
Warren Peace Aka Geoff A MacCormack, Bowie pal and sometime collaborator.... who along with Gui Andrisano danced and provided backing singing on the Diamond Dogs tour.

Thanks for the info. Itīs been a while (atleast 6 months) since I laid my finger on David Live and I just remembered that the guy looked sort of like Earl Slick. Oh well, might as well check it out myself...
