So where might one go about procuring this much talked about Outside Outtakes CD?

Do you know the correct titles of the tracks and the chronological order???

The titles of only two tracks are known: The Enemy Is Fragile (the one with lyrics: 'Hallo Lean, whould you like something really fishy?') and I Am With Name (the longer version of the song found on the album).

Some of the outtakes are actually parts of different songs spliced together with no apparent logic. These are three pieces that all include the I'd rather be chrome/than stay here at home -lines. On a side no, I'd love to hear the entire Id' Rather Be Chrome (or whatever the real title would be), it sounds like one of the best outtakes, together with The Enemy Is Fragile.
