Oh the Jazzin for Blue Jean video is sweet.... and there are quite a lot of extra features. I know you can get the explanation to view them on the net, but the only really decent ones are the live version of Survive, Jazzin for Blue Jean and that adoreable Russel Harty interview.

I watched the vid a little while ago, and I loved it! I'm a geek, but I think it's cool when DVDs have hidden features. I got so excited when I found out about the second version of Oh, You Pretty Things. Looks like I have even cooler things to try and find.

There is a mandarin version of Seven Years In Tibet that's gorgeous and easy to find.

I haven't watched that yet even though I know how to find it. I just didn't think it looked worth it. Oh, I might go check it out sometime :)

It's a 20-minute movie, basically. Well worth a look, as are the other easter eggs.

Jazzing' For Blue Jean is one of the best things Bowie did in the 80's.

Then how come Tonight wasn't more popular? It's crazy.....

Because Bowie did nothing else to promote it. No tour, no TV appearances, no radio appearances, only one magazine interview (in which he basically said the album is crap) and the movie.

Did He ACTUALLY say that? I cannot remember a great deal about the time surrounding this album, though it was the first NEW bowie album I ever bought.

Well the album wasn't great... but... lol, actually I can imagine him doing that.
It's a pity - Jazzin for Blue Jean was sweet! If it had come off a really good album it would have done so much for him.
