I know that often, not always, any mention of selling anything can often be frowned upon. But I have an offer someone might be very interested in.

I have approx 1000 cd's which include all the bowie emi + bonus tracks issues and pretty well every cd single (uk). Along with a pretty good selection of boots.
Now I've jumped into multichanel music in a big way and so have mp3'd all my stuff onto 1) a sony Har-lh500 80gb hi-fi hard drive server 2) brand new ipod 60GB ans last but not least 3) Lacie 80gb hard drive, all saved at 192kbs from original source.

I now find that I really must get a bigger hard drive and so have just ordered a 250GB LAcie, which I will then copy everything to, I've been sellng hundreds of my cd's on Ebay.

So cutting to the chase:

I will have a Very nice Lacie 80GB external drive with a helluva lot of bowie on it for sale soon (week I guess) plus about approx 700 other cd's on it. All at 192 k mp3.

If I get a reasonable offer in here I'll happily get shot of it , otherwise I can list on ebay and post the link here for a proper auction.

fair play if it had 2000 barry manilow tracks on it, but as this is a bowie forum, and it has a pretty cool BOWIE collection on it, I kinda think the contents are relevant.

Like I said in original post, anybody SELLING anything on these things is usually frowned upon, but you live in hope that someone will not be a cynic and see it as a good chance to aquire a great bowie collection. I have all the original bowie CD's and CD singles, but again will refrain from offering them here as I'll pro get slapped down, so they'll go on ebay. Although I'd much rather part with them to a real fan for a reasonable price.
