Yeah I found out it is a Russian Pirate copy. Beautifully executed down to the RCA printed 'label'. If only proper reissues could be so nice.

exactly... EMI have left the market open for this sort of thing. I wonder what the ROM section has on it?

I would guess it is a direct copy of the 1999 remaster, so the cd rom section would just be the link to b'net.
